Measure H, which is designed to combat homelessness was approved by voters and received the required votes necessary to become a reality.
However, it is flawed from the beginning and was put forth by leaders who know nothing about the sad issue of being homeless.
Most homeless people are moochers.
They can work, but will not.
We (not me) give them money, food and other things.
By doing so, we give them a reason to stay homeless.
Why work when people give?
Measure H will give them even more.
That is insane.
Our hard earned tax dollars should not go to mooching, lazy bums.
We need to help those who really need help.
Many homeless people are mentally ill.
They need help.
Many homeless people are medically disabled.
They need help.
There are people out of work or who are working but can't afford a place to live because they do not make enough money for housing.
They need help.
Moochers do not.
Get the moochers off the streets of L.A.
Only then, can we concentrate on the real problems of homelessness.
We must end the free rides for those who can work and those who cheat the system like many do on welfare.
We can't afford to give to every person.
We are taxed enough.
We are also fed up with the bs of moochers and cheats.
Help those in need and get tough with the many who can, but won't pull their fair share.
We will not solve the problem of homelessness until we change the attitude and the way of life of the majority of homeless people.
Want money?
Get a job.
Measure H is a great idea, but only if it helps those in real need.
Now clean up the mess that is taxing us before we give more in the future.
Believe me, we are watching.
